How does GH employment service work?

• We meet with you to help you identify your skills and employment interests
• One of our employment specialists works with you to help you to:

• identify your employment goals
• get the skills you need to be successful at work
• find a job that suits you
• become independent in your new job

What are my responsibilities as a participant in GH employment services?

As a participant in our service you are required to make finding and keeping a job your priority.  For example you will:

• make meetings and interviews more important than other fun activities
• share your work history and references with your employment specialist and work with them to develop your resume
• be truthful in providing information to your employment specialist so that they can help you to find the job that is a good fit for you
• tell your employment specialist about any activities in your schedule so that they do not set up interviews or meetings at these times
• not be late or a "no show" for meetings related to your employment
• show up for work on time
• arrive at work apprpriately dressed for that job site
