Discovery Recreation

Recreational activities are an essential part of the Discovery approach to helping clients live healthy and fulfilling lives because they help with mobility and flexibility, and build confidence and self-esteem. Recreation is fun and promotes camaraderie, teamwork, sportsmanship, and improved hand and eye coordination.  It also improves health and weight control and is an important part of community inclusion.
